Step one:

Go to the YouTube video that you want to post and highlight and copy the URL.

Next go to the forum and create a new message, then click on the little YouTube icon in the message control panel.

Once the little window pops up, you can paste the URL into the slot provided.

Next click "OK" and the code will be pasted into your message.

Post your message and the video will show.
